DTZ Echinox: Bucharest Modern Office Stock Up 4% To 2.25 Mln Sqm In 2015

Bucharest’s modern office stock rose 4% in 2015, to 2.25 million square meters, while for 2016, the volume of new space deliveries is seen reaching a record high since 2009, of which 60% will be office buildings in the areas of Barbu Vacarescu-Floreasca and Dimitrie Pompeiu, according to DTZ Echinox
