DTZ: Office Spaces In Four Romanian Cities Up To 25% Lower Than In Bucharest

Costs with occupying class A office spaces in Romanian cities of Cluj, Iasi, Timisoara and Brasov are up to 25% lower than in capital city Bucharest, with the total office space stock in the four cities reaching 450,000 square meters, five times lower than in Bucharest, according to DTZ.
