Esop: Midcap Companies Leased Around 35,000 Sqm Of Office Space In 1H, Up 10% On Year

Medium-sized companies in Romania leased some 35,000 square meters of office space in the first half of 2014, up 10% from roughly 31,000 sqm in the year-earlier period, and firms in the sectors of constructions, real estate, personal and professional services were the most active, according to Esop.
