The first phase of office compound The Office in Cluj-Napoca (northwestern Romania), developed by South-African investment fund New Europe Property Investment (NEPI) and businessman Ovidiu Sandor, reached an occupancy rate of over 80%, versus 50% six months ago when it was delivered.
