Real estate developer Forte Partners, founded by businesspeople Geo Margescu, Ionut Dumitrescu and Johny Jabra, is constructing two office buildings near the Basarab Overpass in capital Bucharest, within an investment estimated at EUR80-85 million and due for completion in 2017.
