Real estate developer Forte Partners, founded by three businessmen - Geo Margescu, Ionut Dumitrescu and Johny Jabra, is preparing about EUR70 million investments in two office projects in Bucharest, one of which in the Orhideea area and the other one near Stefan cel Mare subway station.
