Globalworth Portfolio Nears EUR2B Threshold; Projects Topped EUR1.8B End-2017

The portfolio of investment fund Globalworth, run by Greek businessman Ioannis Papalekas, reached EUR1.815 billion and registered rental income of nearly EUR116 million on December 31, 2017, up 134% on the year. The average period of ongoing lease contracts is 5.7 years.
