GTC Paid More Than EUR30M For Premium Point And Premium Plaza

Polish-held real estate company Global Trade Center completed the acquisition of the Premium Plaza and Premium Point office buildings in Bucharest at the end of last week, says real estate consultant Colliers International, which assisted the seller in the deal.
