Hanner: Customers Earning Over EUR1,000/Month Will Be Able To Afford Higher Down Payment

The developers of residential projects where apartments are priced at almost or above EUR100,000 say the debt discharge law as it is now and the down payment hike by banks to 35% and 40% for leu and euro loans from 15% and 25% will not affect sales.
