IFC Invests EUR205M in WDP to Support Romania’s Green Property Sector

Belgian warehouse developer Warehouses De Pauw NV (WDP), which operates over 230.000 square meters of logistical and industrial spaces in Romania, was granted EUR205 million by IFC for the construction of 1 million sqm of resource-efficient semi-industrial and logistics properties across Romania.
