Immofinanz Mulls Buying 29% Stake In CA Immo For EUR530M

Austrian real estate developer Immofinanz, with real estate assets exceeding EUR950 million in Romania, wants to enter the shareholders structure of Austria's CA Immo, also present in Romania, by purchasing a 29% stake for EUR530 million, the company said in a statement Monday.
