INS: Bucharest-Ilfov Housing Permits Up 35% In Jan-Sep

The number of residential construction permits rose by 35% to 4,721 in Bucharest-Ilfov region in the first nine months of the year, while witnessing a slight decline of 0.2% to 29,000 countrywide.
