JLL: Shopping Centers Delivery In Romania Seen At 9-Year Low In 2014

The modern retail stock remained unchanged at 1.66 million square meters in Romania as no retail projects were inaugurated in the first quarter of 2014, while only two projects (62,000 sqm) are expected to be completed this year, the lowest level since 2005, according to JLL Romania.
