NEPI And Dedeman Buy 22 Hectare Plot In Timisoara

South African property investment fund NEPI and Romanian do-it-yourself retailer Dedeman have bought the 22-hectare site of the former plastic products manufacturer Dermatina in Timisoara (western Romania) in a deal ZF estimates at EUR15 million to EUR20 million.
