NEPI Confirms Acquisition Of Deva Retail Park Which Includes Metro And Praktiker

South-African investment fund NEPI (NEP.RO) is awaiting the approval of the Competition Council to acquire the Deva Shopping Center project (western Romania), which includes stores of Metro Cash & Carry, Praktiker and Real and a few hectares of land, thus confirming the information published by ZF earlier this week.
