NEPI Raises EUR130M Capital From Shareholders, Double Than Initially Planned

South-African investment fund New Europe Property Investments (NEPI) has raised EUR130 million from shareholders, double than EUR65 million initially planned for the share capital hike, and part of the funds will be used for refinancing the acquisition of Auchan Titan Shopping Centre in Bucharest.
