NEPI To Start Construction Of EUR70M Shopping Mall In Sibiu In Spring 2018

South-African real estate investment fund New Europe Property Investments (NEPI) will start in spring the construction of Festival Centrum shopping mall in Sibiu, on the land of the former machine-tool factory Simerom. The mall will have a leasable area of 45,000 square meters and investments exceed EUR70 million.
