Nissen, Sonae Sierra: I’m More Relaxed Now As I Can Smell Concrete

Portugal’s Sonae Sierra group, which, together with Irish-held Caelum Development, in early January started construction works for ParkLake Plaza mall of Titan, is in talks with several foreign banks for a loan of around 80-90 million euros to fund the investment valued at EUR180 million.
