Office Building Owners In Bucharest Lose EUR100,000/Day On Vacant Spaces

The vacancy rate of the office buildings in Bucharest dropped towards 13% to 14% last year, but about 300,000 square meters are still empty, which translates into some EUR100,000 per day or EUR35 million a year in lost rent, ZF has calculated.
