Office Space Demand In Bucharest Down 40% In 2020 To 214,000 Sqm, Lowest Level Since 2012

The total demand for office space in capital Bucharest plunged nearly 40% on the year in 2020, down to 214,000 square meters, the lowest level since 2012, and the new demand reached approximately 70,000 sqm, per data from real estate consulting firm Colliers.
