One United Properties Close To Signing Prelease Contracts For 40% Of Leasable Area Of One Tower Building

Real estate developer One United Properties, held by Andrei Diaconescu and Victor Capitanu, is on the verge of signing prelease contracts for nearly 40% of the leasable area of One Tower office building, which covers 24,000 square meters and is due for delivery in the third quarter of 2020.
