Businessman Ioannis Papalekas, one of the most discreet investors on the Romanian real estate market, in early 2014 repurchased office buildings BOB and BOC of northern Bucharest from RREEF, the real estate arm of German group Deutsche Bank whose portfolio includes assets of EUR42.6 billion.
