The number of stores on the ground floor of residential complexes is on the rise, reflecting not only the need of residents to have stores that sell staple products nearby, but also coming up with a wider range of products, from apparel, to medicines and cosmetics. Some of the new residential complexes actually include mini shopping galleries.
