Portland Trust Keeps Floreasca Park In Its Portfolio, Plans To Invest More In Romania

Office building Floreasca Park, which was completed in 2014 and is the most recent investment in Romania of real estate developer Portland Trust, will remain in the company’s portfolio for one more year, before a potential sale, said Robert Neale, the developer’s founder and managing director.
