Practic Bucuresti Seeks Shareholder Approval For Payment Of RON10M Dividends

The Board of Directors of real estate developer Practic Bucuresti (PRBU.RO) has summoned the company’s shareholders on July 27 to approve the distribution of RON10 million as dividends from the retained profit for 2019 in the amount of RON34.3 million, per a stock market announcement.
