Premium Property Prices Exceed EUR4,000/Sqm, Way Above Level Of Real Estate Boom Period

The average price of ultra-premium properties reached the highest level per square meter for a housing unit, namely, EUR4,170, way above the level before the period of the real estate boom, as per a survey by consulting firm Imoteca.
