Real Estate Developers Invested More In Office Space, Less In Retail And Logistics Projects In 2014

Real estate developers in Romania have completed some 165,000 square meter of office space this year, 40% more than in 2013, three shopping centers totaling 70,000 sqm, the lowest since 2006, and no major logistics projects.
