Baneasa Investments, a company controlled by businessmen Gabriel Popoviciu and Radu Dimofte, is about to finalize the sale of a 1.5 hectare plot to Sweden’s Skanska for EUR10 million, in one of the most important deals on the land market in Bucharest in recent years.
