Turkish Eskiocak family, the investors that built about 600 apartments in the Rotar Park Residence complex on Iuliu Maniu Boulevard in western Bucharest district of Militari, is betting on the central-northern area of the city for a new project and is looking for land in Expozitiei and Grozavesti areas, already popular destinations for new developments.
