Sibiu Boasts Lowest Rent For New Offices - CBRE Romania

Sibiu is Romania’s cheapest city in terms of office rental, averaging EUR9-11 per square meter, compared to EUR19.5/sqm in Bucharest, according to a six-city study by realty advisors CB Richard Ellis.
