Greek-born businessman Panico Panayi, the sole shareholder in Nova Imobiliare, which develops the Colosseum shopping center near Bucharest, has no experience in mall development, but says that "as the goddess Athena was gifted with Zeus' qualities, I also have the gift of building the largest mall in Romania."
