Vacancy Rate Of Bucharest Office Space Falls Below 10%, For First Time In Last Eight Years

The vacancy rate of office space in capital city Bucharest fell for the first time in the last eight years, below 10%, to 9.8%, with vacant spaces reaching approximately 250,000 square meters, according to a study by real estate consulting firm Cushman & Wakefield Echinox.
