The number of investors operating on the real estate market of offices, shopping malls, logistics and retail spaces is falling as a series of new projects are being delivered and the arrival of new investors on the market is delayed on borrowing hurdles. However, a series of groups that most of the times have alternative funding sources are developing projects worth almost one billion euros, a quite consistent slice of the construction market.
