Reff: M&A Market Showing Signs Of Definite Improvement In 2015

The mergers and acquisitions market is showing signs of “definite improvement" in 2015, continuing along the lines of 2014, says Alexandru Reff, partner of law firm Reff & Asociatii, affiliated to audit and consultancy firm Deloitte. The lawyer expected the market to be more dynamic last year but the expectations were not confirmed.
