Carrefour Hires Former Uber Eats Country Manager to Develop Bringo

French-held Carrefour group, whose online operations include the Bringo delivery service and an online store, has hired Ioana Ilie-Dobre, the former country manager of Uber Eats. Uber Eats decided to leave Romania and a number of other countries this summer.
