Carrefour Wants Tex Apparel Made In Romanian Plants

French-held Carrefour, the second largest local modern retailer in Romania, plans to work with Romanian plants and local designers to develop collections under its Tex brand. Its private label apparel sales generate 3% to 5% of the revenue of its hypermarkets or EUR30 million to EUR50 million, ZF has found.
