Food voucher issuer Cheque Dejeuner Romania increased its share capital by some 8.5 million lei (EUR1=RON4.114), from the current RON15 million, through cash contribution by sole shareholder CD Holding SAS, according to a company announcement.

Food voucher issuer Cheque Dejeuner Romania increased its share capital by some 8.5 million lei (EUR1=RON4.114), from the current RON15 million, through cash contribution by sole shareholder CD Holding SAS, according to a company announcement.

The company now has a share capital of RON23.5 million, namely EUR5.45 million and $500,000.

The share capital increase operation entailed issuing 849,860 shares with a face value of RON10.

The Romanian food stamp market reaches an approximate value of EUR1.2 billion, according to the latest estimations.

Top players on this segment include Edenred, Sodexo and Cheque Dejeuner.
