Cigarette Black Market Rose To 18.3% In September – Study

The cigarette black market in Romania increased to 18.3% in September, from 14.9% in July 2016, which was the highest growth registered by cigarette smuggling in the last two years and above the average of the last five years, according to research company Novel Research.
