Dutch Takeaway.com Buys Bulgaria's BGmenu, Romania's Oliviera for EUR10.5M

Dutch online food delivery marketplace Takeaway.com said Friday it has acquired Bulgarian group Hello Hungry, which owns Bulgaria's BGmenu and Romania's Oliviera, for a total of EUR10.5 million.
