Liviu Bugescu manages a 3,300 square-meter bakery in an industrial park, 15 bakery stores and five coffee shops in Timisoara (W Romania), but it all started from a brick oven in the yard of his parent’s home, where he and his wife used to bake bread for the people of Timisoara.
