Mengotti Owner Says Luxury Store’s Sales Started Falling After Wave Of Monobrand Openings

Adriano Mengotti, who first came to Romania ten years ago, in the early days of the luxury market, says sales of his multibrand Mengotti store on Calea Victoriei street in central Bucharest started going down two years after the beginning of the crisis, in 2011. This was mainly because of heightened competition as increasingly more monobrand stores opened in Romania.
