Militari Shopping Center’s 1Q Net Rental Income Falls Over 17% To EUR1.4M

Property firm Atrium European Real Estate said Friday its net rental income from the Militari Shopping Center in Bucharest fell over 17% to EUR1.4 million in the first quarter of 2014, due to difficulties faced by do-it-yourself retailer Praktiker, one of its mall’s largest tenants.
