New Winmarkt Boss Says Group Will Focus On Consolidation

Carlo Barban, the Italian appointed to run the Winmarkt retail centers in 13 cities in Romania this spring, says the group is not considering expansion in this country but consolidation and has EUR5 million investment budgeted for remodeling five centers this year alone.
