Romania Ranks Second In Europe For Spirits Consumption, With 19 Liters Per Adult

Spirits consumption amounts to 18.5 liters per each adult Romanian, 20% more than the European Union average, ranking Romania among the countries with the highest consumption per capita, according to information supplied by the Alliance for the Fight against Alcoholism and Substance Dependence (ALIAT).
