Romania Paid Enough Money For 700 Km Of Highway In 2008-2014, Got Only Half

Romania’s national company in charge of highways and national roads CNADNR paid EUR4.3 billion for highway projects in 2008-2014 and the highway network only increased by 373 kilometers, to 644 kilometers, according to a ZF analysis based on CNADNR data.
