Romania’s Cigarette Black Market Sees First Increase Since Sept 2016, Rising To 16% In July 2017

The cigarette black market in Romania rose to 16% in July 2017, higher by 0.9 percentage points than in May, the first increase since September 2016, according to a study released by research company Novel Research on Thursday.
