Romanian-Owned Builders Got Only 30% Of CNADNR’s 30 Largest Payments In 2014

The largest 30 payments made by Romania’s national company in charge of highways and national roads (CNADNR) last year amount to 3.5 billion lei (about EUR800 million). Almost 70% of the money went to foreign-held companies and only a little more than 30% to locally held builders, ZF has found based on CNADNR data.
