Romanian State Reclaims Majority Stake in Mangalia Shipyard, Damen Holds 49%

The Romanian state has reclaimed the majority stake in the shipyard in Mangalia, with 51%, while Dutch Damen Shipyards Group owns 49%, the Romanian Ministry of Economy said Monday.
