Rompetrol Well Services Approves RON12.2M Dividends, At 11% Yield

Shareholders of Rompetrol Well Services (PTR.RO) have approved in their general meeting a proposal of the company’s minority shareholder KJK Balkan Holding for the distribution of RON12.2 million as dividends, which translates into a gross dividend of RON0.0473 per share.
