Ropharma Borrows EUR2M from ING Bank to Refinance Hospital in Brasov

Ropharma (simbol bursier RPH.RO), owned by Mihai Miron, and group companies Ropharma Logistic, Teo Health, Bioef and Aesculap Prod will borrow EUR2 million from ING Bank to refinance an investment in a hospital in Brasov, company shareholders decided.
